Summary

I build AI-first delivery systems that turn strategy into customer value and business outcomes.

I’ve spent 20+ years in program, product and operations roles, and the last 15+ leading technical program management in product and engineering organizations from 200 to 1,800+ people. My work is the connective tissue of R&D: the planning, intake, reviews and operating rhythm that keep Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market and Finance aligned, and the delivery systems that make teams faster without burying them in process.

Today at Procore I lead the P&T-wide agentic transformation program and the TPM practice across a 1,800-person Product & Technology organization. AI coding-tool adoption reached 80%, and PR throughput nearly doubled over the pre-AI baseline. I’m hands-on: I build the internal agents and dashboards my teams use, in Claude Code and Cursor.

Along the way I’ve built program management functions from zero (to 12 people at Bluebeam), led Agile transformations at StubHub/eBay and Bluebeam, and incubated new businesses, including LegalZoom’s LifePlan, which grew from 0 to 60,000 members in 18 months.
