I am a seasoned Leader, with more than 18 years of experience with Product Development and Delivery.

I have a proven track record of launching world-class Products and experiences, developing comprehensive PDLC strategies, and building strong, performant and happily accountable Teams.

I have experience with a variety of product development and delivery methodologies, although since 2010 I have focused on Agile /Lean methodologies. I also enjoy the various Product Strategy and experimentation techniques such as Design Sprints and the Silicone Valley Group discovery cycles. I always keep an eye on continuous improvement and quality-driven initiatives leading to ongoing PDLC evolution.

I have worked across a few industries – Finance, Electronic Consumer Goods, Productivity Software, Content and E-commerce to name a few – and I enjoy getting to know specifics of each while at the same time realizing how transferable and common many of the organizational challenges and opportunities can be.

As for my personal style, I have drive, motivation and commitment to work and an assertive, open and honest communication style. I believe in the power of Teams and that the best way to build trust is by trusting and giving people the opportunity to experiment, learn and thrive.

I currently live in South Pasadena, near Downtown Los Angeles, with my husband, 10 year old daughter and 3 year old Shepard mix.. We moved to the area in 2015 after spending close to 13 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. I love gardening, riding bicycles and traveling. I also love complex wooden puzzles; they get me in a Zen state.

I love our community in South Pas, and feel fortunate to be a volunteer in our local non-profit organizations that partners with the community to pursue sustainability and beautification projects in our city. Sustainability, specifically the Zero Waste movement, is another passion of mine and I often get involved with side projects related to the cause.
